Terms of Service

1. Hotel Stay Timings & 24/7 Reception

• Check-in Time: 10:00 AM onwards. Early check-in is subject to physical room availability upon arrival.
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be coordinated with the reception in advance.
• 24/7 Front Desk: Reception is open 24 hours daily to assist incoming highway travelers and pilgrims.

2. Age Limit (18+ Years Only)

Under hotel policy and safety regulations, individuals below 18 years of age cannot book rooms or stay unaccompanied without an adult parent or legal guardian. The primary guest registering the room must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Mandatory Government ID Proof

Every adult guest entering the hotel must present at least one valid, government-approved photo identity proof for official check-in register verification:

• Aadhaar Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID Card (Election Card)
• PAN Card

Physical entry or room key handover cannot be provided without valid government identity verification.

4. Strictly Non-Refundable Booking Policy

All reservations at Hotel Sapna are strictly non-refundable. No monetary refunds are given upon cancellation, early departure, or no-show. Rescheduling may be requested at least 24 hours before check-in subject to room availability by calling reception.

5. House Rules & Cleanliness

• Hotel Sapna is an alcohol-free, smoke-free, family-oriented premises.
• Continuous hot water, elevator lift, and power backup are provided for guest comfort.
• Any willful damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest account.
