Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Reservations

Hotel Sapna operates on a strict non-refundable booking policy for all room categories (AC and Non-AC). Due to dedicated room blockings and heavy demand from pilgrims visiting the Chotila Temple:

• No Monetary Refunds: No full or partial monetary refunds will be issued for cancellations, early check-outs, delayed arrivals, or no-shows.
• No-Show Policy: If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, the room reservation will be marked as a No-Show and released back into inventory without refund.
• Advance Payments: Any advance amount or token payment collected online via Razorpay or in-person is strictly non-refundable.

2. Date Rescheduling Assistance

While bookings are non-refundable, genuine travel emergencies are acknowledged. Subject to room availability and hotel management approval:

• Guests may request to reschedule their stay dates by contacting our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (10:00 AM).
• Rescheduled dates are valid for stays within 30 days of the original booking date, subject to room category availability and any applicable tariff differences.
• Same-day cancellation or rescheduling requests cannot be entertained.

3. Payment Security & Gateway Inquiries

All online transactions are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway with 256-bit bank-grade encryption. In the rare event that an amount is debited from your bank account due to network interruption without generating a confirmed booking, Razorpay automatically reverses the amount back to your original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
